Nova Ballet Theatre is the pre-professional performance company of Celestial Stars Dance Academy, created to give dedicated dancers the opportunity to grow as artists, storytellers, and performers. Rooted in classical Ballet and enriched with contemporary influence, the company is known for its original works, meaningful themes, and commitment to excellence.
Dancers are selected through audition and are expected to uphold a high standard of technique, artistry, and character. Nova Ballet Theatre provides a rich performance season, including our signature productions The Christmas Angel © and The Starlight Gala, as well as community outreach performances.
Through rigorous rehearsals, masterclasses, and a focus on ensemble work, company members refine their skills while developing professionalism, discipline, and confidence—preparing them not only for the stage, but for life beyond the studio. Nova Ballet Theatre dancers represent the heart of Celestial Stars: grace, strength, and purpose in motion.

Company Audition Date: Sept 6th
$75 Deposit due at Audition
12:30-1:30 Ages 13-18 Junior and Senior Company
1:45-2:30 Ages 5-12 Junior and Petite Company
2:45-3:30 Adult Company
Please arrive half an hour early to fill out the audition form. Dancers will only be cast with a completed audition form. The audition fee is $200 and is applied toward your total fees.
Attire: Black leotard (or your level color), pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in a slick bun. Pointe shoes if on pointe.
Performance dates December 20-21. We will be at the Harbison Theatre every day during performance week (Tues-Sat)
