Our purpose is to enhance the quality of life through the art of dance because we believe that dancing is one of the greatest expressions of oneself.  Our primary service is to provide a professional atmosphere within a Christian environment to train students through creativity and individuality to aspire to their greatest potential as a dancer, and as a member of society.

Quality Instruction. At Celestial Stars your child will receive exceptional tutelage, from qualified instructors, for we believe in the benefits of a disciplined class structure as well as dancing with your heart. This training will reach all aspects of their life and stay with them through adult hood.  We believe, as does the professional world, that the ‘art of dance’ is found through performance, not competition, and we work to achieve this artistry with our students.
 Mind and body.  The arts, especially dance and music, have been scientifically proven to build neuron-transmitters in the brain. Not only will your child be challenged mentally, but the physical activity will keep them healthy, in shape, focused, and boost their self-esteem and confidence, which is especially beneficial as they reach puberty.

Christian atmosphere.  The studio is Christian based and run on family values.
 Small class sizes.  Celestial Stars keeps the class sizes small to ensure that all students receive individualized attention and develop a family bond with their classmates.
 Performance opportunity.  All students of Celestial Stars have the opportunity in performing in two annual productions: The Revue and our original production, “The Christmas Angel” ©, both performed at Harbison Theatre.  Additionally, students have the chance to audition for the Nova Ballet Theatre dance company, which has additional performances including the Starlight Gala at the Icehouse Amphitheater and the Showstopper competition in Myrtle Beach.
